Rox Engineering, Inc. (REI) is a full-service engineering consulting firm with its corporate headquarters in Potomac, Virginia, and branch offices at Dulles Airport. REI was founded in 1986 providing a full range of integrated engineering services which emphasize the highest standards of quality, reliability, safety, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness. We take pride in meeting those standards by ensuring our engineering services satisfy budgetary and scheduling constraints.

Our 23 years experience of serving the Mid-Atlantic region has taught us that past performance is a key element in developing a strong client base in a very competitive market. The company offers a wide range of services, including construction Field Testing and Inspection, (Structural steel inspection, soils, concrete, and masonry), geotechnical engineering and drilling and environmental consulting.

REI has continued to diversify and adjust to meet the ever-changing needs of the construction market, and has the ability to produce all documentation electronically. The firm has been committed to an on-going quality assurance program (View this evaluation) since the formation of the company in 1986. This program is intended to be in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E 329-77, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requirements.
